Much to my surprise coaching brought me right to the heart of my management challenges and has helped me solve cases from ethical dilemmas and job satisfaction to how to deal with self-imposed limits.
At the moment 3 executive TINE HR advisers are trained at Adler School in Canada, and Ottersen has delivered the programme "Positive Change Leaders as Coach Programme".
We already notice one success story after the other.
