REFERENSEREricsson MU NOBA Coaching Program The Ericsson Coaching Program was delivered during 2005 and 2006. Totally more than 100 managers participated in the program. The program was rolled out in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark and the Baltics. It was a two-days program followed by tele-labs. The managers could also get individual coaching.
