CERTIFICATION PROGRAM
Adler Coaching Certification Program: ICF accredited.
Part 1: Foundations in Professional Coaching: 28 May – 1 June, Oslo
- Foundational grounding in coaching, Adler coaching model, principles and mindset, requirements for a coach, ethics, - 5 classroom days – 32 hours + assignments and teleclasses.
Part 2: The Coaching Conversation in the Context of Work : 10-14 September, Copenhagen - Specific tools, techniques and processes for coaching in the context of work. Further honing of skills and deepening of coaching knowledge. 5 classroom days – 30 hours + assignments and teleclasses.
Part 3: Moving Towards Artful Coaching: 26-30 November, Stockholm - Integrating learning; enhancing and deepening ability to coach artfully and creatively. 5 classroom days – 30 hours. + assignments and teleclasses.
Part 4: Practicum – telephone format - A learning process to deepen your coaching competence through supervision and feedback of your coaching; participation in Learning Labs, interaction with fellow students; coaching clients (a minimum of 40 hours) and reflecting intentionally; being coached by an approved coach and engaging with assignments and additional readings over a period of 7 months
Part 5: Certification Exam - Upon completion of Parts 1 through 4, in that order, and after accumulating 100 hours of coaching of individuals, students are eligible to complete the certification exam, which includes both written and oral components.
